We are now developing the Meta Wolf Construction, E-commerce and Energy project etc. The Meta Wolf Solar business which includes Solar, Battery and EV Charging etc. For this purpose, we are assembling an international team of specialists from different areas. ( 

Our goal is to lead the efficient transition from centralized to decentralized energy system which would allow for more optimal use of renewable energy, reduce dependence on fossil fuels and increase eco-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for developing the region sales of renewable energy product and execute business sales plans for the energy project in German market.

  •  Manage and grow strong proactive relationships with B2B customers to hit the quarterly and yearly sales target by promoting the company products. 

  • Implementing sales goals, Preparing budgets and analyzing the market.

  • Visting and communicating with clients to determine their needs, and promptly responding to their requests.

  • Maximizing growth potential of clients within the region.

  • Preparing sales reports and submitting them to senior management.

  • Collecting customer feedback as well as market research. Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally

  • Identify renewable industrial and local market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status


  • Bachelor or above degree of Electric, Science, Business, or related sectors.

  • 3-5+ years working experience of renewable energy product Sales or Key Account management experience in German market is requested; preferably with sales experience in Solar/Heating/Battery/EV Charging etc. energy product is advance.

  • Familiar with production of solar panel and renewable energy industry business development trend

  •  Proven experience in sales management.

  • Good understanding and knowledge E-commerce is advantage;

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles that may involve custom solutions and collaborations with industry partners;

  • Ability to communicate with multiple departments to understand customer needs and solve their problem;

  •  Excellent business presentation, business sense and industry expertise

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English;
