Metawolf HJT technology uses amorphous silicon thin-film layers, which can capture a broader spectrum of light and convert it into electricity efficiently, meaning that they can convert a greater percentage of sunlight into electricity compared to traditional solar panels.

Metawolf HJT solar modules have a higher bifaciality of up to 90%, which is much higher than the 70% of PERC panels. This feature increases energy production, especially in scenarios where sunlight can be reflected onto the rear side of the panel.

HJT modules are less susceptible to efficiency losses as temperatures rise. Our Metawolf HJT solar module features a superior temperature coefficient of -0.26% / ℃ compared to the -0.35% / ℃ of P-type modules. As a result, when the cell temperature reaches 60 ℃, our HJT solar module generates an 3.15% more power compared to PERC modules.

Manufactured under Lower Temperature

HJT solar cells are produced at temperatures below 230 ℃, while PERC solar cells require high-temperature processes exceeding 900 ℃.

HJT solar cells are produced in just four steps, whereas PERC cells require eight steps for manufacturing.
